The battle royale genre has gained immense popularity in recent years with games like PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, Fortnite and Apex Legends. The game format is a massive hit because of its quick rounds and exciting gameplay that can make for an adrenaline-filled experience. Whether you’re trying to get better at PUBG or just want to learn the ropes before jumping into one of these games by yourself, this guide will help you understand all the attachments in PUBG and how they work on your gun.

This is a simple PUBG Attachment Guide that you can use now. It will show you how to equip attachments, which are the best attachments for your weapons, and how to attach them.

I’ll teach you how to better understand and utilize the various attachments in my PUBG Attachment Guide.

There are approximately 20 distinct PUBG weapon attachments available right now, and each one is unique. This might be perplexing at first, but after you understand the principles, it will become more clearer.

So, in order to make the finest decisions in your games, you’ll need to know as much as possible.

Continue reading to learn more about my PUBG attachment guide.

Attachments to the Scope

Scopes, also known as sights, are mounted on the weapon’s top rail and used to assist your aim. The scopes available in PUBG vary from 1x (no zoom) to 15x, with nine distinct choices to pick from, each suited to various conditions and distances.

Ironsight

The default sight, which is also a sight, is the ironsight. It’s difficult to play with just iron sights, but that’ll be the case for the first few rounds until you discover a scope.

Holographic

A 1x reflex sight with a crisp reticle and a circle and dot in the middle, the Holographic scope is a good choice. It has a thick frame and is less visible than the Red Dot, but it is ultimately a matter of personal choice. It works best in close-quarters combat and is ideal for SMGs, ARs, and LMGs.

Red dot

Because to its tiny form and increased visibility, the Red Dot scope is the most preferred close range choice in PUBG. It will also cut your ADS (Aim Down Sight) time in half.

You can change the dot in the center to one that works best for you (Page Up & Page Down). Like the Holographic sight, it is best used at close range combat and works great on SMG’s, AR’s and LMG’s.

Aimpoint Scope 2x

The Aimpoint Scope 2x is the bridge between close and medium range combat which gives you more flexibility. It has a circle with a dot that can be changed to either red or green, whichever preferred.

A standing target at 100 meters will fit exactly within the circle, a standing target at 200 meters will fit between the inner dot and the circle, and a standing target at 300 meters will be as broad as the center dot. All of this should be taken into account when determining how far away a target is.

3x Scope

One of the newer Attachments to the Scope in PUBG is the 3x scope. This is a great scope for shooting at medium ranged targets between 100 to 200m.

It includes a tiny reticle in the middle that helps with aiming and visibility. It’s ideal for ARs and sniper rifles, and it’s one of my personal favorites to use.

ACOG Scope (four)

The most common scope in PUBG is the 4x scope, which is ideal for medium to long range usage. If you don’t already have one, you should get one since it can be used with ARs, DMRs, and Sniper rifles.

6x Scope

The 6x scope is one of the newest in PUBG, and it sits between the 4x and 8x scopes. It’s ideal for use with ARs, DMRs, and Snipers. You may also zoom in and out to a 3x magnification, giving you additional options.

CQBSS Scope 8x

In PUBG, the 8x scope is the most commonly used sniper rifle scope. It can zoom in and out to a maximum of 4x and is best utilized over a long distance.

Because the 8x can only be attached to sniper rifles and DMRs, it takes up a lot of room in your luggage if you don’t have one.

15x PM II Scope

The 15x scope is only accessible in airdrops and is only available for Sniper and DMR rifles. Because of the high magnification, it is best used with guns that have fast bullet velocity, such as the Mini-14 and AWM.

It also has the ability to zoom in and out.

Magazines

In PUBG, magazine attachments are crucial since they let you to boost both reload speed and the number of rounds available each magazine.

Pistols, SMGs, Sniper Rifles, Assault Rifles, and DMR weapons all have magazine attachments.

Both AR and Sniper magazine attachments are compatible with DMR rifles.

Reload in a hurry

The Reload in a hurry magazine does just what it says, reducing reload times for the weapon you attach it to. It is probably the least used of all the magazine attachments as we all want that extended or Extensive Quick.

Extended

If you attach an Extended magazine to your weapon, you’ll be able to fire more bullets before having to reload. When you’re in auto fire mode, this is extremely useful for close-range fighting so you can deliver the most damage possible.

Extensive Quick

The Extensive Quick magazine has the best of both worlds with quicker reload speeds and more rounds per magazine. It is undoubtedly the best choice if you can find one of these for your weapon.

Muzzles

Compensator

The compensator’s primary objective is to lessen the weapon’s recoil. This will make it easier for you to manage the weapon, particularly while it’s in auto-fire mode.

Hide the flash

When you shoot a weapon, a little explosion occurs, allowing you to witness the flash.

The first two things you do when someone is shooting at you from an unknown position is, trying to spot movement or the flash from the weapon. In order to become harder to spot, the Hide the flash masks the explosion.

If you wish to remain undetected at a long range, this is an excellent option.

Suppressor

The sound of the weapon you’re using will be muffled by a suppressor. In PUBG, it not only decreases sound, but it also covers the flash. As a result, it contains two essential aspects that might provide you an advantage.

Choke

Shotguns employ the choke to prevent pellets from spreading too far. This will allow you to inflict more focused damage while simultaneously increasing the shotgun’s range.

Duckbill

Shotguns employ the Duckbill in the same way they use the choke. The Duckbill improves the horizontal dispersion of the pellets rather than focusing them, making it a suitable option for striking many targets at close range.

The best application for this is to clean out structures.

Lower Rail Attachments/Grips

pubg attachment guide grips - nochgames

Grip vertically

The Grip vertically is the most popular lower rail attachments mainly reducing vertical recoil and is best for players tapping (firing in short bursts rather than holding down the trigger).

When shooting in automatic mode, the weapon will begin to fire higher, and you must maintain control. It also makes switching to ADS a little quicker than if it weren’t connected.

Grip that is angled

The Grip that is angled, although in PUBG it states that it reduces vertical recoil, it actually only reduces horizontal recoil. This will make your weapon better when you like to spray, moving the weapon left and right while firing in automatic mode.

It also cuts the time it takes for ADS by 10%.

Thumb hold

Attaching the Thumb hold will reduce vertical recoil, but will increase your horizontal recoil. This means the weapon will move less up and down, but more side to side.

Grip that is light in weight

The Grip that is light in weight reduces the recoil recovery time, meaning that the weapon will stop moving quicker after firing. The downside is that it increases both vertical and horizontal recoil, so is not very good to use in auto firing mode.

It’s great for long-range shots when you don’t need to fire a lot of bullets in quick succession.

Half grip

The Half Grip lowers recoil both horizontally and vertically, as well as recoil recovery. The Half Grip is excellent for maintaining control over any weapon while also balancing the ability in all areas.

Quiver

If you’ve ever used the Crossbow, you’re well aware of how sluggish it is to reload. The Quiver attachment reduces reload times by 30%, allowing you to fire more bullets in less time.

Stocks

Stockpile Tactical

The Stockpile Tactical is available only for the M416 and the Kriss Vector. It will make your weapon more stable by reducing sway and also reducing the overall recoil.

Uzi Stock

The Uzi Stock is designed specifically for the Micro Uzi and will aid to stabilize your weapon in close quarter combat scenarios.

Bullet Loops (Bullet Loops)

Bullet Loops (Bullet Loops) are available for shotguns and the Kar98k. It helps you to reload your weapon faster.

Cheek Pad

Only sniper rifles and DMRs have the option of using a cheek pad, which improves weapon stability. On your sniper rifles, it minimizes recoil, sway, and recovery times. It’ll help you keep that weapon under control in long-range battles.

Conclusion

That concludes the discussion.
